Today I’m sharing a Father’s Day card that I made with the By the Tide stamp set from Stampin’ Up!  I can’t believe that Father’s Day is this weekend…this big move has got my days all mixed up!  Anyway, I used the new Coastal Cabana and Baked Brown Sugar card stock and a little Pewter Stampin’ Emboss Powder to create this card.

I started by stamping the By the Tide images in VersaMark ink on a Coastal Cabana card stock panel and on the background of two Coastal Cabana card stock squares.  I let the VersaMark ink dry and I sponged the edges of the large panel with Baked Brown Sugar ink and adhered the panel to a Baked Brown Sugar card base with SNAIL.  Then I cut two 1/2″ strips of Baked Brown Sugar card stock, embossed them with the Woodgrain Embossing Folder and adhered them with SNAIL to the card front.

I stamped the By the Tide images in VersaMark ink on the Coastal Cabana card stock squares, sprinkled them with Pewter Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed them.  I adhered the squares to Baked Brown Sugar squares with SNAIL, then to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Delightful Dozen stamp set and the circle image from the By the Tide stamp set in VersaMark ink on Coastal Cabana card stock, sprinkled them with Pewter Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed them.  I adhered the sentiment to a strip of Baked Brown Sugar card stock with SNAIL, snipped the flag end with my Paper Snips and adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I punched the circle image out with the 1″ Circle Punch, adhered it to a 1-1/4″ Circle Punch from Baked Brown Sugar card stock with SNAIL, then adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the By the Tide images again on a Very Vanilla panel in Baked Brown Sugar ink and I adhered it inside the card with SNAIL.
