I used the So Very Grateful and Four You stamp sets from Stampin’ Up! to create a card with the stained glass technique.  I did a photo tutorial for this technique for another card and you can see it here.  My card design was inspired by Monday Lunchtime Sketch 300.

I started by inking up my Scallops Embossing Folder using my Brayer and Pistachio Pudding ink pad.  I placed a panel of Whisper White card stock in the folder and ran it through the Big Shot.  Then I adhered that panel to a Pistachio Pudding card stock panel and to a Crisp Cantaloupe card base with SNAIL.

Next, I stamped the image from the So Very Grateful stamp set (wood mount and clear mount) in VersaMark Ink on a panel of White Vellum, sprinkled it with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed it.  I cut the image out with a Circles Collection Framelits Die, turned it over and colored the back side of the image with my Stampin’ Write Markers.   I adhered the image to a circle cut from Whisper White card stock, applying the adhesive around the very edge so that it wouldn’t show through on the front, then to the card front with SNAIL.  You can see a more detailed photo tutorial for this technique here.

I created the Crisp Cantaloupe circle frame by cutting a circle with the Circles Collection Framelits Die, then skipping one die and taking the next smallest die and cutting the center of the circle out with it.  I adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Then I stamped the sentiment from the Four You stamp set (wood mount and clear mount) in Pistachio Pudding ink on a Whisper White panel.  I trimmed it down and rounded the corners with my Envelope Punch Board and adhered it to a Pistachio Pudding panel that I’d also rounded with the Envelope Punch Board.

I punched three Banner Punches (Sale-a-bration item) from the Sweet Sorbet DSP (Sale-a-bration item) and adhered them to the back of the sentiment panel.  Then I adhered the sentiment panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I punched three little flowers with the punch from the Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack from Crisp Cantaloupe card stock and adhered them with SNAIL to the card front.  I finished the card front by adding Pearl Basic Jewels to the centers of the small flower punches.

I stamped the image from the So Very Grateful stamp set in Crisp Cantaloupe ink on a Whisper White panel to complete the inside of the card.
