Stampin’ Up! Because You Care In Blue & New Photopolymer Stamp Set

I used the Stampin’ Up! host exclusive stamp set called Because You Care and the Flower Shop stamp set to create my card to share.

Because You Care - Stamp With Amy K

My card design was inspired by CAS(E) this Sketch #105.

Screen Shot 2015-01-12 at 3.35.05 PMThe colors for my card were inspired by Pals Paper Arts #235.

Screen Shot 2015-01-12 at 3.35.36 PMAnd the background for my card was inspired by Just Us Girls #275.

Screen Shot 2015-01-12 at 3.33.59 PMI started by placing the circle stencil from the Dots & Stripes Decorative Masks over two panels of Soft Sky card stock.  I sponged over the circles in Soft Sky ink to give the background a muted design.  Then I adhered the larger panel to an Island Indigo card base with SNAIL.

Because You Care 2 - Stamp With Amy K

I inked up part of the sentiment from the Because You Care host exclusive stamp set in Island Indigo ink and I stamped it on the smaller stenciled panel.  Then I stamped the scroll image above and below the sentiment in Pool Party ink and I adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Island Indigo card stock with SNAIL, then to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Because You Care 3 - Stamp With Amy K

I stamped the flower image from the Flower Shop stamp set in VersaMark Ink and I stamped it on a panel of Island Indigo card stock.  I sprinkled the image with Pool Party Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed it.  I punched the flower out with the matching Pansy Punch and I adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Because You Care 1 - Stamp With Amy K

I adhered a heart button from the Sweet Dreams Designer Buttons pack to the center of the flower with a Glue Dot, then tied a bow from the Soft Sky Twine in the Painted Blooms Cotton Twine pack and adhered it over the button with a touch of Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

Because You Care 4 - Stamp With Amy K

I stamped the scroll image from the Because You Care stamp set in Island Indigo ink on a Whisper White panel inside the card.
