I used the Stampin’ Up! stamp sets Garden in Bloom and Friendly Wishes to create a clean and simple card to share today.

The layout for my card was inspired by CAS(E) this Sketch #131.

The embossed sentiment on my card was inspired by CAS-ual Fridays CFC141.

I started by inking the outline images of the flowers and leaves from the Garden in Bloom photopolymer stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink, stamping them off once on scrap paper, then stamping them on a panel of Whisper White card stock.

I stamped the inner part of the flower images from the Garden in Bloom stamp set in Soft Sky ink and the leaves in Pear Pizzazz ink.  I stamped the center of the larger flower in So Saffron ink, then used my So Saffron Stampin’ Write Marker to color the centers of the small flowers.

I stamped the sentiment from the Friendly Wishes stamp set in VersaMark ink, sprinkled it with Black Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed it.  I adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Basic Black card stock with SNAIL, then to a Soft Sky card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I pulled a strand of Linen Thread through a Soft Sky button from the Subtles Designer Buttons pack, tied a bow, then adhered the button to the card front with a Glue Dot.

I stamped the flower images from the Garden in Bloom stamp set in Soft Sky and Pear Pizzazz inks on a panel of Whisper White card stock.  I colored the centers with my So Saffron Stampin’ Write Marker, then adhered the panel to the inside of the card.
