I used the Stampin’ Up! stamp set called Birthday Blossoms to create my card for the Sunday Stamps SSC106 sketch challenge this week.
Here is the Sunday Stamps SSC106 sketch. Be sure to stop by the Sunday Stamps blog to check out what the other Design Team Members have created with this sketch.
I started by stamping the sentiment from the Birthday Blossoms stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel from the Pretty Petals DSP Stack and I heat embossed it with Black Stampin’ Emboss Powder. I adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Basic Black card stock with SNAIL, then to a Calypso Coral card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I stamped the flower images from the Birthday Blossoms stamp set in Calypso Coral ink on a panel of Calypso Coral card stock and I punched them out with the matching Pansy Punch. I stamped the leaf image from that stamp set in Old Olive ink on a panel of Old Olive ink and I snipped around the leaves to cut them out.
I adhered the leaf images to the back of the flowers with SNAIL, then I adhered the flowers to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I added one of the Metal Rimmed Pearls to the centers of the flowers to finish the card front.
I stamped the flower and leaf images from the Birthday Blossoms stamp set in Calypso Coral and Old Olive inks on a panel of Very Vanilla card stock inside the card.
You can find a complete list of supplies, including card stock cuts, at the very bottom of this post.
