Stampin’ Up! Here For You For Stamp Ink Paper #59

I was so honored to be asked by the Stamp Ink Paper Design Team to be a guest designer for the month of August!  Our challenge this week is to create a card that will make you laugh, so I pulled out the Stampin’ Up! Here For You and Foxy Friends stamp sets and went to work.  This is what I created:

Here For You - Stamp With Amy K

And here is the link to Stamp Ink Paper #59:

SIP #58

I borrowed a little inspiration for this card from one in the Stampin’ Up! Catalog, I love that they provide us so many great ideas on every page!  I started by adhering a panel from the A Little Foxy DSP Stack to a panel of Smoky Slate card stock with SNAIL.

Here For You 1 - Stamp With Amy K

I stamped the sentiment from the Here For You stamp set in VersaMark ink on a strip of Pool Party card stock, sprinkled it with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed it.  I adhered the stamped panel to the DSP panel with SNAIL and then wrapped a strand of Smoky Slate 1/8″ Stitched Ribbon around the panel and tied a bow.  I added a Glue Dot under the bow to hold it securely and then adhered the layered panel to a Pool Party card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Here For You 3 - Stamp With Amy K

I stamped the tree stump, branch and mushroom images from the Foxy Friends photopolymer stamp set in Crumb Cake, Pool Party and Calypso Coral inks on a panel of Whisper White card stock.  I cut the stamped images out with a Layering Circles Framelits die.

I stamped the stripes for the raccoon tail in Basic Gray Archival ink on a panel of Smoky Slate card stock and then punched it out with Fox Builder Punch.  I stamped the legs of the raccoon in Basic Black Archival ink on a panel of Smoky Slate card stock and punched the body out with the Fox Builder Punch.  I adhered the tail and body to the circle die cut with SNAIL.

Here For You 2 - Stamp With Amy K

I stamped the raccoon’s mask and ears with the stamp from the Foxy Friends stamp set in Basic Gray Archival ink on a panel of Smoky Slate card stock and then stamped the eyes and nose in Basic Black Archival ink.  I punched the face out with the Fox Builder Punch and adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.  I punched a heart with the Confetti Hearts Border Punch from Calypso Coral card stock and I adhered it with a touch of Multipurpose Liquid Glue to the neck area on the raccoon.

Here For You 4 - Stamp With Amy K

I stamped the sentiment raccoon images with the Foxy Friends stamp set in Smoky Slate, Basic Gray Archival and Basic Black Archival inks on a panel of Whisper White card stock.  I stamped the sentiment from the Here For You stamp set in Basic Gray ink above the raccoon image and then added another Confetti Hearts Border punch heart from Calypso Coral card stock to the back side of the raccoon.  🙂
