Stampin’ Up! All Things Thanks for the Happy Stampers Blog Hop

HappyStampersBlogPostBannerI used the Stampin’ Up! All Things Thanks stamp set from the upcoming 2017 Occasions Catalog to create a thank you card for the Happy Stampers blog hop.  We’ve got a sketch challenge this week and here is the card that I created for it.

Here is the sketch that we’re using this week:

nov-10

The theme for my card was inspired by Stamp Ink Paper #73.sip-challenge-73-768x994

I started by adhering panels from the Petals & Paisleys Specialty DSP to panels of Copper Foils Sheets and then to an Island Indigo card base with SNAIL.

I stamped the sentiment from the All Things Thanks stamp set (available Jan 4) in VersaMark ink on a panel of Very Vanilla card stock, sprinkled it with Copper Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed it.  I punched the sentiment strip and a strip of Copper Foil Sheets with the Banner Triple Punch and then adhered them together with SNAIL.

I cut a panel of Island Indigo card stock and a panel of Copper Foil Sheets with dies from the Flourish Thinlits dies set.  I snipped the end of the border die cut off and adhered it with SNAIL to the back of the sentiment banner.  I adhered the sentiment banner to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I layered the leaf and two flower die cuts together and adhered them with Glue Dots to each other and then to the card front.  I added a Rhinestone Basic Jewel in the flower center and an Island Indigo enamel dot from the Regals Enamel Shapes pack to finish the card front.

I adhered a strip from the Petals & Paisleys DSP pack and an Island Indigo die cut with the Flourishes Thinlits Dies to a Very Vanilla card stock panel inside the card.
