Stampin’ Up! Sealed with Love Sneak Peek

I used the Stampin’ Up! Sealed with Love stamp set bundle from the upcoming 2017 Occasions Catalog to create my card to share today.

My card design was inspired by Freshly Made Sketches #266.

I started by adhering a panel from the Sending Love DSP Stack (available Jan 4) to a panel of Real Red card stock with SNAIL and then to a Soft Sky card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Sealed with Love photopolymer stamp set (available Jan 4) in Bermuda Bay ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock.  I stamped the heart image from that stamp set in Soft Sky ink several times over the panel and then inked up the splatter image from the Gorgeous Grunge stamp set in Soft Sky ink, stamped it off on scrap paper and stamped it over the panel.  I adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Real Red card stock with SNAIL and then to a panel of Soft Sky card stock with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered the layered panel to the card front with SNAIL.

I cut one of the hearts from a sheet of Sending Love DSP with a Sweet & Sassy Framelits die (one of the dies was a perfect fit!) and I adhered it to the card front with SNAIL.  I cut the little envelope from Sending Love DSP with the coordinating Love Notes Framelits die (available Jan 4), adhered it together with Glue Dots and to the card front with SNAIL.  I stamped the little note with the image and sentiment from the Sealed with Love stamp set in Soft Sky and Real Red inks on a panel of Soft Sky card stock.  I cut the note out with the matching Love Notes Framelits die and tucked it inside the envelope on the card front.

I tied a strand of Candy Cane Lane Baker’s Twine (be sure to pick some of this twine up before it retires on Jan 3…it will be perfect for your Valentine card making!) around a gold clip from the Mini Paper Clips Combo Pack (available Jan 4) and slid it over the Whisper White/Real Red panels on the card front.  I added three Rhinestone Basic Jewels randomly over the card front to finish it.

I randomly stamped the heart image from the Sealed with Love stamp set in Soft Sky ink on a Whisper White card stock panel inside the card.
