I used the Stampin’ Up! Love You Lots and Sealed With Love stamp sets to create a mini Valentine card and a little treat holder to share with you today.
My card design was inspired by Mojo Monday 481.
My projects also work for the Just Us Girls #378 photo too.
I started by adhering a panel of Smoky Slate DSP from the Neutrals DSP Stack to a panel of Whisper White card stock with SNAIL. I cut one of the Lace Doilies in half and adhered the doily to the panel with SNAIL.
I adhered the layered panel to a Real Red card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then I added a small panel from the Sending Love DSP Stack over the lower half of the card. I stamped the lady bug image and sentiment from the Love You Lots host exclusive stamp set in Basic Black Archival Ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock and I colored the bugs with Real Red and Smoky Slate inks and a Blender Pen. I cut the image out with a Stitched Shapes Framelits die and adhered it to the card front with SNAIL. I added a Real Red enamel heart from the Brights Enamel Shapes pack to the die cut panel to finish the card front.
My treat holder was inspired by Global Design Project #GDP071.
I started by wrapping pieces of 1″ x 3-1/4″ DSP from the Sending Love DSP Stack around Hershey’s Nuggets and adhering them with Glue Dots. I filled a 2″ x 8″ Cellophane Bag with the candy, folded the top over and stapled it shut.
I stamped the lady bugs from the Love You Lots stamp set in Basic Black Archival ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock and used a Blender Pen with Real Red and Smoky Slate inks to color the bugs. I cut the image out with a Sweet & Sassy Framelits Die and then stamped the sentiment from the Sealed With Love stamp set in Real Red ink on the heart. I inked one of the little hearts in the row of hearts from the Sealed With Love stamp set in Smoky Slate ink and I stamped it next to the sentiment. I adhered the stamped heart to a heart cut from Real Red card stock with another Sweet & Sassy Framelits Die with SNAIL. I tied a little bow with Real Red ribbon from the Sending Love Ribbon Combo Pack around a paper clip from the Mini Paper Clips Combo pack and I placed it over the edge of the heart. I adhered the layered heart with Glue Dots to the cellophane bag.
