I used the Stampin’ Up! Merry Cafe stamp set bundle to create my card for the Fab Friday color challenge this week.

My card design was inspired by Viva La Verve November Sketch.

The coffee cup on my card was inspired by The Paper Players #371.

I stated by adhering a panel from the Quilted Christmas 6″x 6″ DSP Stack to a Real Red card base with Multipurpose Liquid.  Then I added two pieces of 5/8″ Burlap Ribbon over the card front using Fast Fuse Adhesive to adhere it.

I embossed a panel of Emerald Envy card stock with the Holly Embossing Folder, then adhered it to a panel of Emerald Envy card stock with SNAIL.  I adhered a panel from the Tutti-Frutti DSP Stack (available Jan 3) to a panel of Lemon Lime Twist card stock and then to the Emerald Envy panel with SNAIL.  I wrapped a strand of Real Red 1/8″ Solid Ribbon around the panel twice and tied a small knot.  I adhered the layered panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I cut a cup from Quilted Christmas DSP with the Coffee Cups Framelits Dies.  Then I stamped the sentiments, coffee wrap and holly images from the Merry Cafe photopolymer stamp set in Lemon Lime Twist, Emerald Envy and Real Red inks on a panel of Whisper White card stock.  Then I stamped the lid image in Emerald Envy ink on the panel and cut them out with the Coffee Cups Framlits Dies.  I adhered the die cut pieces to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I cut a panel of Silver Foil Sheets with the Swirly Snowflakes Thinlits Die and I adhered it with touches of Multipurpose Liquid Glue to the card front.  I adhered one of the Stitched Felt Embellishments with Fast Fuse next to the cup and then adhered the layered panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals to finish it.

I stamped the sentiment an holly images from the Merry Cafe stamp set in Real Red and Emerald Envy inks on a panel of Whisper White card stock inside the card.
