Stampin’ Up! Heartfelt Blooms Sneak Peek

I used the Heartfelt Blooms stamp set from the upcoming 2018 Sale-a-bration Catalog to create some clean and simple cards to share with you today.  This is a new line of stamps from Stampin’ Up! called DistINKtive stamps that give the look of a photograph with a stamp!

I  played with a few different color combinations with Powder Pink for the flowers and Crumb Card bases and I kept the designs very simple since the stamped images are so beautiful!

The colors for this card were inspired by Color Throwdown #473.

I stamped the flower image from the Heartfelt Blooms stamp set (Sale-a-bration exclusive item available Jan 3) in Powder Pink ink and the sentiment in Pear Pizzazz ink on a Whisper White card stock panel.  I adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Pear Pizzazz card stock with SNAIL, wrapped a strand of Linen Thread around it and tied a bow.  I adhered the layered panel to a Crumb Cake card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals and added a Rhinestone Basic Jewel next to the sentiment to finish it.

For this card, I stamped the Heartfelt Blooms image in Powder Pink and the sentiment in Bermuda Bay.  I adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Bermuda Bay card stock and then added a strand of Bermda Bay ribbon from the Shimmer Ribbon Pack (Sale-a-bration exclusive item available Jan 3) to finish this card.

For my final card, I used Powder Pink and Dapper Denim for stamping the Heartfelt Blooms images and sentiment and it is layered on a panel of Dapper Denim card stock.

I kept the inside of the cards clean and simple too with the Heartfelt Blooms image stamped in Powder Pink ink on Whisper White card stock.

  1. Beautiful! Simple and beautiful. I knew at Onstage that I wanted this stamp. Mine should be here Monday and it will be the first thing I use. Funny, you and Mary chose the same stamp and same challenge today.

  2. That is definitely a beautiful image and your cards are SO pretty!! Thanks so much for playing along with us this week at the Color Throwdown!
