Stampin’ Up! Apron of Love for Stamp Ink Paper

I used the Stampin’ Up! Apron of Love stamp set bundle and some of the Sweet Soiree Memories & More Card Pack to create my card for the Stamp Ink Paper sketch challenge this week.

Here is the sketch for the Stamp Ink Paper #133 Sketch Challenge.  Stop by the challenge blog to play along too!

I started by trimming down one of the Sweet Soiree Memories & More Card Pack (Sale-a-bration item) cards to fit on my card front and then I adhered it to a panel of Basic Gray card stock with SNAIL.  I trimmed another one of the Sweet Soiree Memories & More Card Pack cards down a bit and adhered it to the larger panel with SNAIL.  I adhered the layered panel to a Basic Gray card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Apron of Love photopolymer stamp set in VersaMark Ink on a Basic Gray card stock panel, sprinkled it with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed it.  I stamped around the sentiment with the larger apron image and the stamped the pocket image from the Apron of Love stamp set in Basic Gray ink on the Basic Gray card stock panel.  I cut the images out, along with the loop and ties from the Basic Gray card stock panel with the coordinating Apron Builder Framelits Dies.

I cut the scissors from Silver Foil Sheets with the die from the Apron Builder Framelits dies and adhered it to the back of the pocket die cut with Glue Dots.  I adhered the loop, pocket and strings to the apron die cut with Glue Dots and then I added a few more Glue Dots to adhere it to the card front.  I cut a heart from Powder Pink card stock with the die from the Apron Builder Framelits Die and adhered it with a Glue Dot to the card front…apparently I really like Glue Dots!!  😉

I inked part of the sentiment from the Baby Bear photopolymer stamp set in Powder Pink ink and then stamped it on a panel of Whisper White card stock.  I stamped the “team!” sentiment with the Labeler Alphabet photopolymer stamp set and then punched both ends of the banner with the Banner Triple Punch.  I adhered the sentiment banner to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the At Home With You photopolymer stamp set in Basic Gray ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock inside the card.  I stamped the little scissors image from the Apron of Love stamp set in Smoky Slate ink randomly across the panel to finish the inside of the card.
