Stampin’ Up! OnStage 2018 Recap!

Well…the Stampin’ Up! 30th Anniversary OnStage event is in the books!  We had a great time in Orlando and we collected quite a few new goodies along the way too!  I posted a huge pile of pictures of the display boards on my Facebook page this morning.  You can see them all here!

The event always starts with the bag pickup.  This year the bag was inside this pretty box!

We got a new stamp set, a pack of notebooks and some pens in our bag as well as our prize patrol buttons (yep, the most important part of the packet!).

I also picked up my name tag and ribbons for my achievements this year.  🙂

My packet pickup also included some pretty charms!  I was one of the top 100 Demonstrators in the world and I got this pretty charm to commemorate that.  🙂

I was #11 overall in the US in sales and I got another pretty charm to commemorate that!  🙂

We got a beautiful leather briefcase and matching wallet as our gift for being in the top 100.  I’m generally not much of a bag person, but I LOVE this one.  It fits my laptop perfectly and I can’t wait to start using it.

We also got a special Demonstrator Exclusive stamp set and Bone Folder when we checked in for the CentreStage event.

After picking up our goodies, Mary Deatherage and I headed over to Epcot to meet up with about 1000 Demonstrators from all over the world for the CentreStage event.  Mary and I are both admittedly terrible at selfies, but we tried our best to get one at Epcot anyway.

We got to see a beautiful sunset while we were strolling around Epcot.  And Mary was able to talk me into a couple of rides…one was a space thing that spun us around and replicated a rocket blast-off.  That was quite entertaining…but I wasn’t as ready as she was to get back on it and ride again right away.  😉

We ate a little at the Food & Wine event in Epcot, but didn’t want to fill up too much on real food since we were being treated to a dessert bar that included “flaming donuts” with ice cream.  They were WAY yummy!!

There was a little karaoke after the donuts (no singing from me, thank goodnes!!) and then we watched the fireworks as we departed.

We were up bright and early the next morning for our first general session to kick things off!  There were stamping presentations all day long and tons of giveaways!

We got our hands on the new 2019 Occasions and Sale-a-bration Catalogs and you can guess what we spent a few minutes doing in between sessions.  😉

We did a few make & takes, this one featured the pretty Needle & Thread stamp set bundle and product suite.

And this one featured the Geared Up Garage stamp set bundle and product suite!

Our first day was topped off with a fun team dinner at BJ’s Brewhouse!  Lots of yummy food and desserts.  🙂

Day two started with some stamping presentations and a few more make & takes!  This pretty card was made with products from the Happiness Blooms stamp set bundle and product suite!

And this pretty card (even in the terrible lighting!) was made with the All My Love stamp set bundle and product Suite.

The team was hard at work doing their make & takes!

And we filled up two tables! 🙂

We had a bit of a break on Friday afternoon so we had a pizza party in our condo…I may have gotten a little carried away ordering the pizza.  Apparently “NY Style” pizza is a little bigger than the traditional pizza that I’m used to getting.

There was much discussion about it in the kitchen.  😉

We came home with lots of new goodies from prize patrols too!  This is a new Sale-a-bration stamp set called Part of My Story.

We also got a pack of the pretty Gingham Gala 6″ x 6″ DSP!  Love the plaid prints!

And we got the Humming Along stamp set, can’t wait to get the matching dies for this stamp set soon!

One last team picture before we all departed for the evening on Saturday.  I so enjoyed spending a few days with this awesome group!  Looking forward to doing it again next April!!

  1. I looked at everything as quickly as I could. I know I’m interested in three so far…car, motorcycle and dog! Thank you so much for sharing team photos too. I’m thinking maybe San Antonio or Charlotte for me. Perry and I always wanted to do the River Walk but never made it that far in the RV. Charlotte holds no interest for me, but that part of NC does!

    • I hope that you can make it to one of the events! I know that several from our group are talking about going to Charlotte. The team members from NY/NJ are planning to attend the Atlantic City event! 🙂

  2. Congrats Amy on your achievements. I really appreciate the sneak peaks of the upcoming catalogues. Can’t wait. I love love love your posts and look forward to them everyday. Keep up the good work! Thanks, Connie, Winnipeg, Canada

  3. Congratulations, Amy! You always work so hard in this business. I see you came home with a boat load of goodies! What a nice surprise, and I’m sure you have probably already used some of them!

  4. Congratulations!! So happy for you and glad you had a fun time. Btw- not surprised at your success. You have ALWAYS been kind and helpful to me personally😊😘
