Stampin’ Up! Let It Ride Thinking of You Card

I used the Stampin’ Up! Let it Ride stamp set and the Rectangle Stitched Framelits Dies to create my card to share with you today.  I also did a Facebook Live video showing you how I created this card yesterday and I’ve uploaded it to my YouTube Channel so you can see a video tutorial for the card too!

My card design was inspired by TGIF Challenge #tgifc194.

I started by running my Crumb Cake ink pad lightly across the raised side of the Pinewood Planks embossing folder and then I ran a panel of Crumb Cake card stock though the Big Shot inside the folder.  I adhered the embossed panel to the front of a Crumb Cake card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I cut a panel of Floral Romance Specialty DSP with one of the Rectangle Stitched Framelits Dies and then adhered it to the card front with SNAIL. I stamped the images from the Let it Ride stamp set in Soft Suede and Old Olive inks on a panel of Pear Pizzazz card stock and then cut around them with the same Rectangle Stitched Framelits Die.  I wrapped a strand of Old Olive Linen Thread around the Pear Pizzazz card stock panel twice and tied a bow, then adhered the panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Golden Afternoon stamp set in Soft Suede ink on a panel of Floral Romance DSP and then cut around it with a Rectangle Stitched Framelits Die.  I adhered the die cut to the card front with SNAIL.  I stamped the horse image from the Let It Ride stamp set in Soft Suede ink on a panel of Crumb Cake card stock and then cut around it with a Stitched Shapes Framelits Die.  I adhered the die cut circle with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then added three Metallic Pearls to finish the card front.

I inked the horse image from the Let it Ride stamp set in Crumb Cake ink, stamped it on scrap paper and then stamped it on a panel of Whisper White card stock.  I added the sentiment from the Happy Tails photopolymer stamp set in Soft Suede ink to finish the inside of the card.
