I  used the Stampin’ Up! So Hoppy Together and More Than Words stamp sets to create my card for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop.  We’ve got a color challenge this week and here is what I created for it.

Here are the colors that we’re using this week:

I started by adhering a panel from the Happiness Blooms DSP pack to a Call Me Clover card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I wrapped a strand of Lovely Lipstick ribbon from the All My Love Ribbon Combo Pack around the entire card front and adhered it with SNAIL.

I stamped the sentiments from the More Than Words photopolymer stamp set (available March 1) in Night of Navy and Call Me Clover inks on a panel of Whisper White card stock and then cut around it with a Rectangle Stitched Framelits Die.  I adhered the die cut panel to panel fo Call Me Clover card stock that had also been cut with a Rectangle Stitched Framelits Die with SNAIL and then to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I cut another panel of the Happiness Blooms DSP with the same Rectangle Stitched Framelits Die that I’d cut the Whisper White card stock panel with and then I cut the top of the DSP panel with the large scallop die from the Seasonal Layers Thinlits Dies and I adhered it to the Whisper White die cut with SNAIL.  I cut two lily pads and three flowers from Call Me Clover and Lovely Lipstick cards stocks with the Hop Around Framelits Dies (available March 1) and adhered them with Glue Dots and Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.

I stamped the two frogs and the dragonfly from the So Hoppy Together stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Whisper White card stocks and I colored them with Call Me Clover and Night of Navy Stampin’ Blends Combo Packs.  I cut the images out with the coordinating Hop Around Framelits Dies and adhered them to the card front with Glue Dots and Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added one of the Happiness Blooms Enamel Dots to the dragonfly wing to finish the card front.

I stamped the two frogs from the So Hoppy Together stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock and colored them with Call Me Clover Stampin’ Blends Combo Pack Markers to finish the inside of the card.
