Stampin’ Up! Birthday Cheer Quick Birthday Card

I used the Stampin’ Up! Birthday Cheer stamp set bundle to create a quick birthday card to share with you today.  I did a video tutorial showing you how I made this card so stop by my YouTube Channel or Facebook Page to watch it now!

My card design was inspired by the Fusion Challenge this week.

I started by adhering a panel of How Sweet It Is DSP to a Melon Mambo card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then I wrapped a strand of Granny Apple Green 1/2″ Textured Weave Ribbon around the card front and adhered the ends with SNAIL to the front of the card (hidden under the sentiment).

I stamped the sentiment from the Birthday Cheer stamp set in Gorgeous Grape ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock and then cut it out with a Rectangle Stitched Framelits Die. I adhered the die cut sentiment to a panel of Gorgeous Grape card stock with SNAIL and then to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the cupcake images from the Birthday Cheer stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock and then used my Light Lovely Lipstick, Light and Dark Highland Heather, Pineapple Punch and Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends Markers to color the images.  I cut them out with the coordinating Detailed Birthday Edgelits Die and adhered one with SNAIL and the other with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I added a Glitter Enamel Dot next to the sentiment to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment and cupcake from the Birthday Cheer stamp set in Melon Mambo and Tuxedo Black Memento inks on a Whisper White card stock panel and then used Light and Dark Pineapple Punch, Granny Apple Green and Light Lovely Lipstick Stampin’ Blends Markers to color the image on the inside of the card.
