Stampin’ Up! Soft Spring for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

I used the Stampin’ Up! Soft Spring host exclusive stamp set from the upcoming 2019-2020 Annual Catalog to create my card for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop.  We’ve got a color challenge this week and here is what I created for it.

Here are the colors that we’re using this week:

I started by adhering a panel of the Follow Your Art DSP (available June 4) to the front of a Coastal Cabana card base.  Then I stamped the sentiment from the Colorful Seasons stamp set in Coastal Cabana ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock.

I stamped the images from the Soft Spring host exclusive stamp set (available June 4) in Granny Apple Green and Daffodil Delight inks on the Whisper White card stock panel.  I stamped some of the images without reinking to give a little more depth.

I adhered the stamped panel to a larger panel of Coastal Cabana card stock with SNAIL and then wrapped a strand of Linen Thread around the panel twice and tied a bow.  I adhered the stamped panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and added a single Glitter Enamel Dot near the bow to finish it.

I stamped the images from the Soft Spring stamp set in Granny Apple Green and Daffodil Delight inks on a Whisper White card stock panel to finish the inside of the card.

You can see a list of supplies used to create this card, including card stock cuts, at the very bottom of this blog post.
