I used the Stampin’ Up! Forever Fern stamp set bundle to create my card for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. We’ve got a color challenge this week and this is what I made for it.
Here are the colors that we’re using this week:
I started by embossing a panel of Whisper White card stock with the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder. I adhered the embossed panel to the front of a Thick Whisper White card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Then I embossed a smaller panel of Whisper White card stock with one of the Greenery Embossing Folders (available June 3). I adhered the embossed panel to a slightly larger panel of Whisper White card stock and then to the card front with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
I stamped two of the branch images from the Forever Fern stamp set (available June 3) in Garden Green ink and one of the branch images in Night of Navy ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock two times each. I cut the images out with the coordinating Forever Flourishing Dies (available June 3) and then arranged and adhered the die cut pieces and one of the Gold Hoops Embellishments (available June 3) with Glue Dots and Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I stamped the sentiment from the Forever Fern stamp set in Night of Navy ink on a panel of Whisper White ink. I cut the sentiment out with one of the Tasteful Labels Dies (available June 3) and adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals and Glue Dots to the card front. I added three Gold Glitter Enamel Dots to finish the card front.
I stamped the branch images from the Forever Fern stamp set in Garden Green and Night of Navy inks on a panel of Whisper White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
