Stampin’ Up! Merry Moose Christmas Card

I used the Stampin’ Up! Merry Moose stamp set bundle to create a Christmas card to share with you today.

My card design was inspired by Freshly Made Sketches #455.

The moose on my card was inspired by the Paper Players PP511.

I started by adhering two panels of Trimming The Town DSP (on sale for 15% off) to two panels of Early Espresso card stock and then to the front of the Soft Suede card base with Stampin’ Seal.  Then I wrapped a strand of Linen Thread around the card front 3 times and tied a bow.

I stamped the sentiment from the Merry Moose photopolymer stamp set in Early Espresso ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock and then stamped the tree image from the Merry Moose stamp set in Old Olive ink (some without reinking) above it.  Then I cut the image out with one of the Hippo Happiness Dies and I adhered the die cut to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the moose outline image from the Merry Moose stamp set in Early Espresso ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock and then colored it with Light and Dark Soft Suede and Ivory Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I punched the moose image out with the coordinating Moose Punch and adhered it to the card front with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment and tree images from the Merry Moose stamp set in Early Espresso and Old Olive inks on a panel of Whisper White card stock to finish the inside of the card.

You can see a list of supplies used to create this card, including the card stock cuts, at the very bottom of this blog post.

I’ve created a printable PDF with written instructions and a list of products used to create this card.  You can download, print and/or save it by clicking this image:
