Stampin’ Up! Life Is Beautiful Winter Christmas Card With Video Tutorial

I used the Stampin’ Up! Life Is Beautiful stamp set to create a winter card for Christmas.  I also did a video tutorial for this card and you can see it on my Facebook page here and on my YouTube channel here.

My card was inspired by the Tic Tac Toe Challenge TTTC089.  I went across the bottom row.

I started by embossing a panel of Whisper White card stock with the Winter Snow Embossing Folder.  I adhered the embossed panel to the front of a Thick Whisper White card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then I stamped the images from the Life Is Beautiful photopolymer stamp set in Crumb Cake, Pool Party (stamped off once), Coastal Cabana and Real Red inks on a panel of Whisper White card stock.

I cut around the stamped images with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies and then adhered the die cut to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered two small lengths of Snowflake Splendor 1/4″ Ribbon with Stampin’ Seal to the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Wrapped In Christmas stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock, sprinkled it with Silver Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed it.  I cut the sentiment out with one of the Stitched Shapes Dies and then adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.  I added three of the silver pearls from the Metallic Pearls pack to finish the card front.

I stamped the snowflake and dot images from the Life Is Beautiful stamp set in Pool Party (stamped off once) and Coastal Cabana inks and then added the sentiment from the Wrapped in Christmas stamp set in Coastal Cabana ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock to finish the inside of the card.

You can see a list of supplies used to create this card, including the card stock cuts, at the very bottom of this blog post.

  1. The scene you created is so pretty and I love the sentiments inside and out with wonderful messages and cool fonts! Your card looks appropriately frosty with all the snowflakes as well. Thanks for joining us this week at the Tic Tac Toe challenge !
