I used the Stampin’ Up! Perfectly Plaid stamp set and Pine Tree Punch along with the Blossoms In Bloom stamp set to create a quick Christmas thank you card to share with you today.

My card design was inspired by My Favorite Things Wednesday Sketch Challenge #517.

I started by embossing a panel of Cherry Cobbler card stock with the Winter Snow Embossing Folder.  I adhered the embossed panel to the front of a Cherry Cobbler card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then I cut a panel from the Poinsettia Place DSP with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies and adhered the die cut panel to a panel of Soft Suede card stock and then to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

I punched trees from two of the plaid panels in the Plaid Tidings 6″ x 6″ DSP pack with the Pine Tree Punch and adhered them to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.  Then I stamped the sentiment from the Blossoms In Bloom photopolymer stamp set in VersaMark Ink on a strip of Whisper White card stock, sprinkled it with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder and then heat embossed it.  I trimmed the end of the sentiment strip at an angle and then adhered the sentiment to the card front with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the tree image from the Perfectly Plaid photopolymer stamp set in Shaded Spruce ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock.  I punched the tree image out with the Pine Tree Punch and adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals and Stampin’ Seal to the card front.  I added three Gold Glitter Enamel Dots to finish the card front.

I stamped the tree image from the Perfectly Plaid stamp set in Shaded Spruce ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
