Stampin’ Up! Hand-Penned Petals Thank You Card

I used the Stampin’ Up! Hand-Penned Petals stamp set bundle from the upcoming 2021-2022 Annual Catalog (that starts tomorrow!!!) to create a thank you card to share with you today.

Stampin' Up! Hand-Penned Petals Thank You Card

My card design was inspired by Freshly Made Sketches 483.

I started by adhering a panel from the Hand-Penned DSP (available May 4) to a panel of Basic White card stock with Stampin’ Seal and then to the front of a Thick Basic White card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Then I cut a panel of Basic White card stock with the large circular die from the Painted Labels Dies and I adhered the die cut with Stampin’ Seal to the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Hand-Penned Petals stamp set (available May 4) in Pale Papaya ink (available May 4) on a panel of Basic White card stock.  I cut the sentiment out with one of the Scalloped Contours Dies and then adhered it with Stampin’ Seal to the card front.

I stamped the flower image from the Hand-Penned Petals stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then colored it with Light and Dark Flirty Flamingo, Daffodil Delight, Mint Macaron and Pale Papaya (available May 4) Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I cut the image out with the coordinating Penned Flowers Dies (available May 4) and adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.  I added three of the clear epoxy diamonds from the Silver & Clear Epoxy Essentials (available May 4) to finish the card front.
