I used the Stampin’ Up! Daffodil Daydream stamp set and one of the Hand-Penned Memories & More Cards & Envelopes cards to create a thinking of you card to share with you today.

My card design was inspired by Freshly Made Sketches #526.

The spring theme for my card was inspired by As You See It Challenge #270.

I started by adhering a panel of Hand-Penned DSP to the bottom of one of the Hand-Penned Memories & More Cards & Envelopes card bases with Stampin’ Seal.  Then I stamped the daffodil image from the Daffodil Daydream stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock.

I colored the daffodils with Light and Dark Daffodil Delight, Pale Papaya and Mint Macaron Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I cut around the image with one of the Scalloped Contours Dies and then adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered a small length of Pale Papaya 3/8″ Open Weave Ribbon to the card front in a “z” with Stampin’ Seal.

I stamped the sentiment from the Flowering Tulips photopolymer stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Pale Papaya card stock, sprinkled it with white embossing powder from the Basics Embossing Powders and then heat embossed it.  I cut the sentiment out with one of the Tasteful Labels Dies and adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.  I added three Rhinestone Basic Jewels around the sentiment to finish the card front.

I stamped the daffodil image from the Daffodil Daydream stamp set in Daffodil Delight ink on the inside of the card base.
