I used the Stampin’ Up! Good Feelings stamp set to create a quick and easy card to share with you today. I registered for the Stampin’ Up! On Tour event and we got an early copy of the upcoming 2022-2023 Annual Catalog and a new stamp set from it as a bonus for attending!
My card design was inspired by Freshly Made Sketches #529.
I started by cutting a 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ panel of New Horizons DSP into three pieces (cut off 1/2″, cut at 2-3/4″, 2-1/4″ remains). Then I stamped the tree and bird images from the On The Horizon stamp set in Evening Evergreen ink on the 2-1/4″ x 4-1/4″ panel of New Horizons DSP.
I stamped the sentiment from the Good Feelings stamp set (available May 3) in Evening Evergreen ink on the 2-3/4″ x 4-1/4″ panel of New Horizons DSP (use the Stamparatus to ensure solid coverage) and then adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Evening Evergreen card stock with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
I adhered the two smaller panels of DSP to the left and right front of an Evening Evergreen card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the layered panel to the card front with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and then added an Evening Evergreen gem from the 2021-2023 In Color Jewels (on sale and retiring May 2) to finish the card front.
I stamped the tree and bird images from the On The Horizon stamp set in Evening Evergreen ink on a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
