Envelope Gift Card Holders Made With Envelope Punch Board

Begin with a 4-1/2″ x 6″ panel.  If you are planning to add a Designer Series Paper layer over the entire base of the gift card holder, be sure to adhere it before scoring and punching.  Place your panel on your scoring tool with the 6″ edge along the top and score the panel at 1-1/4″ and again at 4-1/16″.

Turn your panel so that the 4-1/2″ edge is at the top and place it in your Envelope Punch Board.  Punch at 1″, then turn the panel over (so that the solid Island Indigo side would be up in my example) and punch again at 1″.

Turn the panel so that the solid side is up and apply a small piece of sticky strip on both sides from the 1-1/4″ score line to the edge.

Before removing the Sticky Strip backing, fold at the score line.  Then remove the Sticky Strip backing and adhere the pieces together creating a pocket.  Place your gift card inside the pocket.

Fold the top flap down at the score line and tuck the center into the gift card pocket.  This will keep your gift card holder closed.  Decorate the exterior as you’d like.
