I created a quick photo tutorial to show you how I made this wine tag.

Score the 7″ x 3″ panel at 3″.  Punch a 1-3/8″ Circle in the center of the 3″ x 3″ square created by the score line.  Apply adhesive and adhere your large tag to the front.

Use the 3/16″ Corner Punch or the Envelope Punch Board (I used the Envelope Punch Board) to round the two corners near your circle punch.  This completes the base tag, then you can decorate as you wish.  Below are the instructions for creating my tag.

The Top Note striped die cut and the Cherry Cobbler Window Frame die cut are both from the Pop & Place Holiday Gift Tags Book.  I layered a piece of Baked Brown Sugar card stock in between that I’d cut with a Window Frames Collection Framelit and embossed with the Argyle Embossing Folder.  I also used the Essentials Paper-Piercing Pack and my Paper-Piercing Tool to pierce the Cherry Cobbler tag.

The image from the Very Merry Tags stamp set (wood mount and clear mount) was colored with Stampin’ Write Markers, stamped on Whisper White card stock then punched out with the 1-3/4″ Circle Punch.  I adhered the image to the layered tags with Stampin’ Dimensionals and added a Rhinestone Basic Jewel that I’d colored with a red Sharpie Marker for his nose.

To create the layered ribbon, I simply ran my SNAIL down a strip of Old Olive 1/8″ Taffeta Ribbon and I adhered it over the Cherry Cobbler 1 Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon.  Then I adhered the bow with Glue Dots.
