I paired the Pleasant Poppies stamp with the On Film Framelits from Stampin’ Up! to create my card to share with you today. My card design was inspired by Freshly Made Sketches #126.
I started by adhering a panel from the Fresh Prints DSP Stack to a panel of Whisper White card stock with SNAIL. Then I cut a Coastal Cabana panel with the On Film Framelits die and adhered it to the panel with SNAIL.
I used the On Film Framelits die to cut a square from the Fresh Prints DSP Stack and I adhered the DSP to the center of the Coastal Cabana die cut with SNAIL. I stamped the Pleasant Poppies (wood mount and clear mount) image in StazOn Jet Black Ink on a Whisper White panel and colored it with my Stampin’ Write Markers.
I cut it out with the On Film Framelits die and I placed a die cut from Real Red card stock (using that same die) around it. I used tape on the back to adhere the die cuts together, then used SNAIL to adhere them to the main panel and trimmed off the overhang with my Paper Snips.
I stamped the sentiment from the Blooming with Kindness stamp set (wood mount and clear mount) in VersaMark Ink on a Whisper White panel, sprinkled it with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed it. I punched the sentiment out with the 1-1/4″ Circle Punch and layered it over a 1-3/8″ Circle Punch from a Gold Foil Sheet. I wrapped Gold Baker’s Twine around the panel twice, adhering it on the back with tape, adhered the sentiment over the Baker’s Twine with Stampin’ Dimensionals, then adhered the panel to a Real Red card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I stamped the Pleasant Poppies image again in Real Red ink on a Whisper White panel and I adhered it inside the card to complete it.
