Stampin’ Up! Friendly Wishes You’re The Best

I used the Friendly Wishes and Dotty Angles stamp sets from Stampin’ Up! to create my card to share today.

My card design was inspired by Retrosketches #166.

And the colors for my card were inspired by Hand Stamped Sentiments #213.

I started by stamping the image from the Dotty Angles photopolymer stamp set in Bermuda Bay ink on a panel of Bermuda Bay card stock. I adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Calypso Coral card stock with SNAIL.

I punched the corners of a panel from the Cherry on Top DSP Stack and a panel of Calypso Coral card stock with the Project Life Corner Punch. I adhered the panels together and then to the Bermuda Bay panel with SNAIL. I stamped the “thanks” sentiment from the Crazy About You stamp set next to the DSP panel in Mossy Meadow ink, then adhered the layered panel to a Mossy Meadow card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I tore a small piece of Cherry on Top Designer Washi Tape and adhered it to the DSP panel. Then I colored the sentiment and dot images from the Friendly Wishes stamp set with my Mossy Meadow, Calypso Coral, Crushed Curry and Bermuda Bay Stampin’ Write Markers and stamped them on a panel of Whisper White card stock. I punched the sentiment out with the 2″ Circle Punch and adhered it to a circle that I’d cut from Calypso Coral card stock with one of the Circles Collection Framelits dies.

I adhered the layered circle to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals, then tucked a small piece of Calypso Coral 1/2″ Seam Binding Ribbon under it and adhered it with SNAIL. I pulled a strand of Bermuda Bay Seam Binding Ribbon through a Crushed Curry button from the Regals Designer Buttons pack and I adhered it with a Glue Dot to finish the card front.

I ran a strip of Washi Tape across a Whisper White panel to finish the inside of the card.
