I used the Thankful Forest Friends stamp set from the upcoming 2015 Stampin’ Up! Holiday Catalog to create my card to share today.

My card design was inspired by Stamp, Ink, Paper #9.

I started by embossing a panel of Mossy Meadow card stock with the Woodland Embossing Folder (available Sept 1).  I adhered the embossed panel to a panel of Soft Suede card stock with SNAIL.

I adhered a narrow strip of the Into the Woods DSP (available Sept 1) to the embossed panel, then added a length of Into the Woods 3/8″ Cotton Ribbon (available Sept 1), using SNAIL to adhere both items to the panel.  I adhered the layered panel to a Rich Razzleberry card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I colored the sentiment image from the Thankful Forest Friends stamp set (available Sept 1) with my Mossy Meadow, Soft Suede and Rich Razzleberry Stampin’ Write Markers, stamped it on a panel of Whisper White card stock and cut it out with a Circles Collection Framelits Die.  I adhered the sentiment circle to a 2-1/2″ Circle Punch from Soft Suede card stock with SNAIL, trimmed the side just a touch, then adhered the sentiment to the card front with SNAIL.

I sponged the edges of three Into the Woods Elements (available Sept 1) with Mossy Meadow and Soft Suede inks and I colored the tops of the acorns with my Soft Suede Stampin’ Write Marker.  I adhered the wooden elements to the card front with Glue Dots.

I colored the leaf and acorn image from the Thankful Forest Friends stamp set with my Mossy Meadow and Soft Suede Stampin’ Write Markers and I stamped it on a Whisper White panel inside the card.
