I used the Stampin’ Up! Vintage Leaves and Watercolor Wishes stamp sets to create a clean and simple set of cards to share today.
The layout for my card was inspired by another card that I created with the Six Sayings stamp set for a sketch challenge last week. You can see that card here.
I started by stamping the sentiment from the Watercolor Wishes stamp set (available only in the Watercolor Wishes card kit) in Always Artichoke ink along the side of a Thick Whisper White card base.
I also created the same card with the “thanks” sentiment.
I stamped the images from the Vintage Leaves stamp set in Always Artichoke, Crushed Curry and Cajun Craze inks on a panel of Whisper White card stock and I adhered that panel to the card front with SNAIL.
I adhered a thin strip of Always Artichoke card stock next to the stamped panels with SNAIL, then pulled a strands of Linen Thread through Regals Designer Buttons, tied bows and adhered them to the card fronts with Glue Dots.
I stamped a single leaf from the Vintage Leaves stamp set in Cajun Craze ink on the inside of the cards.
