I’ve got another sneak peek at a new Stampin’ Up! stamp set from the upcoming 2016-17 Annual Catalog. This stamp set is called Love & Affection and it will be available beginning on June 1!
We actually made these pretty cards at the Stampin’ Up! OnStage event in Salt Lake City last week. I love this design and wanted to share it with you since is shows off one of the new product suites!
I started by adhering two panels from the Affectionately Yours Specialty DSP (available June 1) to a Mint Macaron card base with SNAIL. I’m not sure how well you can see it, but the DSP has copper foil accents…beautiful!
I embossed a panel of Whisper White card stock with the Floral Affection Embossing Folder (available June 1), then stamped the flower images from the Love & Affection photopolymer stamp set (available June 1) in Watermelon Wonder and Mint Macaron inks around the embossed images. I adhered the stamped panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I stamped the sentiment from the Love & Affection stamp set in Watermelon Wonder ink on a strip of Watermelon Wonder card stock, then snipped a banner end (the Banner Triple Punch would work great for this, but we didn’t have one to use) and adhered it with SNAIL to the card front.
I stamped the flower images from the Love & Affection stamp set in Watermelon Wonder and Mint Macaron inks on a panel of Whisper White card stock inside the card.
And here is a little peek at the new stamp set! I love it!
