Stampin’ Up! Pop of Paradise Sneak Peek

I used the Stampin’ Up! Pop of Paradise stamp set from the upcoming 2016-17 Annual Catalog to create my card to share today.

My card design was loosely inspired by Freshly Made Sketches #235.

And the colors for my card were inspired by Pals Paper Arts 299.

I started by stamping the dot image from the Perfectly Wrapped photopolymer stamp set (available June 1) in VersaMark Ink across the front of a Thick Whisper White card base.  I sprinkled the images with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed them.

 I stamped the flamingo image from the Pop of Paradise stamp set (available June 1) in Pink Pirouette ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock, then I stamped the leaf images from the Pop of Paradise stamp set in Pear Pizzazz ink around the bird.  I stamped some of the leaf images without reinking to give it a little more depth.

I adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Pear Pizzazz card stock with SNAIL, then to the Thick Whisper White card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Pop of Paradise stamp set in VersaMark Ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock, sprinkled it with Gold Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed it.  I snipped it out and adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the flamingo image from the Pop of Paradise stamp set in Pink Pirouette ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock inside the card.
