Stampin’ Up! Jar of Love for Fab Friday

I used the Stampin’ Up! Jar of Love and Timeless Textures stamp sets to create my card for the Fab Friday 93 Sketch Challenge this week.

Here is the sketch for  Fab Friday #93:

My the colors for my card were inspired by Can You Case It #131.

And my card was also inspired by The Paper Players #306.

I started by adhering a strip of the Pop of Pink Specialty DSP to a panel of Whisper White card stock with SNAIL.  I inked the splatter image from the Timeless Textures stamp set in Smoky Slate ink, stamped it on scrap paper and then stamped it several times across the Whisper White card stock panel.  I inked and stamped off the woodgrain look image from the Timeless Textures stamp set in Smoky Slate and stamped it on the lower part of the Whisper White panel.

I cut the edge off one of the Delicate White Doilies and I adhered it with touches of Multipurpose Liquid Glue to a strip from the A Little Foxy DSP Stack.  I adhered the DSP strip to the Whisper White panel with SNAIL.  I stamped the sentiment from the Jar of Love photopolymer stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Daffodil Delight card stock and I punched it out with the Classic Label Punch.  I adhered the sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the jar and lightening bug images from the Jar of Love stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink and Smoky Slate ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock.  Then I stamped the light dots in Daffodil Delight ink over the lightening bugs.  I cut the jar and two bug images out with the matching Everyday Jars Framelits dies and I adhered the jar image to the card front with SNAIL.

I stamped the dot image again in Daffodil Delight ink next to the jar on the Whisper White card stock panel and glued the die cut lightening bugs over the stamped dots with a touch of Multipurpose Liquid Glue.   stamped the handle image from the Jar of Love stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock, sprinkled it with Silver Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed it.  I cut the handle out with the matching Everyday Jars Framelits die and adhered it to the card front with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I wrapped a strand of Linen Thread around the panel twice and tied a bow and then adhered the panel to a Thick Whisper White card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the bug and splatter images from the Jar of Love and Timeless Textures stamp sets in Tuxedo Black Memento ink, Daffodil Delight ink and Smoky Slate ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock inside the card.
