Stampin’ Up! Happy Tails Thankful Card

I used the Stampin’ Up! Happy Tails stamp set bundle and the Country Home stamp set to create a quick thank you card to share with you today. I’m trying out a new “Lunchtime Live” series of Facebook where I’m planning to hop on Facebook Live on Tuesday around lunchtime (approximately noon ET) to do a quick card video tutorial. I started by adhering a panel from the Wood Textures DSP Stack to a panel of Soft Suede card stock with SNAIL. Then I cut a panel of Pool Party DSP from the Subtles 6″ x 6″ DSP pack with one of the Rectangle Stitched Framelits Dies. I adhered the die cut rectangle with SNAIL to the larger panel.

I wrapped a strand of Linen Thread around the panel twice and tied a Needlepoint Nook Mini Buttons to the card front with it. I adhered the layered panel to a Pool Party card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Then I stamped the sentiment from the Country Home photopolymer stamp set in Soft Suede ink on a panel of Pool Party card stock. I stamped the paw prints from the Happy Tails photopolymer stamp set in Pool Party ink over the sentiment and then cut it out with the same Rectangle Stitched Framelits Die. I adhered the die cut sentiment with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.

I stamped the dog image from the Happy Tails stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock and then colored it with the Light Daffodil Delight and the Color Lifter Stampin’ Blends Markers. I punched the dog image out with the Dog Builder Punch and adhered it with Glue Dots to the card front. I added three of the Gingham Gala Adhesive-Backed Sequins around the die cuts to finish the card front.

I stamped the paw print image from the Happy Tails stamp set in Pool Party ink across a panel of Whisper White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
