I used the Stampin’ Up! Butterfly Brilliance stamp set bundle to create a fun birthday card for the Sunday Stamps sketch challenge this week.

I started by adhering a panel from the Pattern Party DSP (host exclusive item) to the front of a Coastal Cabana card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Then I adhered a panel of In Good Taste DSP to a panel of Basic White card stock and then to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.
I stamped the butterfly image from the Butterfly Brilliance stamp set once on Coastal Cabana card stock and once on Flirty Flamingo card stock in VersaMark ink, sprinkled them with white embossing powder from the Basics Embossing Powders and then heat embossed them. I cut the butterflies out with the Brilliant Wings Dies and adhered them with Mini Glue Dots and Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.
I stamped the sentiment from the Best Year stamp set in Coastal Cabana ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then cut it out with one of the Scalloped Contours Dies. I looped a length of silver trim from the Simply Elegant Trim and adhered it with Mini Glue Dots to the back of the die cut sentiment. I adhered sentiment with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front. I added two silver embellishments from the Silver & Clear Epoxy Essentials to finish the card front.
I stamped the sentiment from the Best Year stamp set in Coastal Cabana ink on a panel of Basic White card stock. I adhered a strip of Pattern Party DSP to finish the inside of the card.
