Stampin’ Up! Sitting Here Happy Anniversary

I used the Stampin’ Up! Sitting Here stamp set from the upcoming 2016-17 Annual Catalog to create my card to share today.

My card design was inspired by Freshly Made Sketches #237.

I started by adhering a panel from the Affectionately Yours Specialty DSP (available June 1) to a Crumb Cake card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.

I stamped the swing image from the Sitting Here photopolymer stamp set (available June 1) in VersaMark ink on a panel of Crumb Cake card stock, sprinkled it with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and heat embossed it.  I stamped the sentiment from the Timeless Love stamp set in VersaMark ink and heat embossed it with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder as well.

I stamped the line image from the Timeless Textures stamp set in Crumb Cake ink over the edges of the Crumb Cake panel, then colored the swing image with a Crumb Cake Stampin’ Write Marker.  I adhered a strip of Daffodil Delight card stock down the edge of the panel with Multipurpose Liquid Glue, then adhered the stamped panel to the card front with SNAIL.

I stamped the pillow image from the Sitting Here stamp set twice in VersaMark ink on a panel of Crumb Cake card stock and I heat embossed them with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder.  I colored the images with Night of Navy, Cucumber Crush, Daffodil Delight and Watermelon Wonder Stampin’ Write Markers, snipped them out and adhered them to the card front with Glue Dots.  I added a single Rhinestone Basic Jewel to the card front to complete it.

I adhered a strip from the Affectionately Yours DSP to a Whisper White panel inside the card.

A few more pictures from the Stampin’ Up! Mediterranean trip from Barcelona!  We’re spending today at sea and then we’ll be in Naples Italy.  🙂  The first two pictures are the view from our balcony and the last one is a photo of an old Bull Fighting Ring that they’ve converted to a shopping mall.  We saw that on the bus ride over to the boat.
