Stampin’ Up! Vertical Greetings Thank You

I used the Stampin’ Up! Vertical Greetings and Birthday Fiesta stamp sets to create a thank you card to share with you today.

My card design was inspired by Freshly Made Sketches 270.

I started by stamping the sentiment from the Vertical Greetings stamp set in Soft Suede ink on a panel of Succulent Garden DSP.  I adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Mint Macaron card stock with SNAIL.  Then I adhered a strip of a different pattern from the Succulent Garden DSP pack to the panel with SNAIL.

I wrapped a stand of ribbon from the Succulent Garden 3/8″ Ribbon Combo Pack around the layered panel and tied a knot.  I adhered the panel to a Mint Macaron card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I inked the top part of the topiary image from the Vertical Greetings stamp set in Mint Macaron ink and the basket in Sweet Sugarplum ink.  I used a Blender Pen to remove the ink from the stems and then used a Tip Top Taupe marker to add color back in.  I stamped the image on a panel of Whisper White card stock.  I adhered the stamped panel to a panel of Mint Macaron card stock with SNAIL and then to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the little flower from the Birthday Fiesta photopolymer stamp set in Calypso Coral and Sweet Sugarplum inks on a panel of Whisper White card stock.  I cut them out with the matching Fiesta Time Framelits Dies and adhered them with a touch of Multipurpose Liquid Glue over the topiary image.  I added a small Pearl Basic Jewel to the center of each flower to finish it.

I adhered a strip of the Succulent Garden DSP to a panel of Whisper White card stock inside the card to finish it.
