I used the Stampin’ Up! Friendly Hello stamp set and Friendly Hello Designer Series Paper from the upcoming January-February 2022 Sale-a-bration Brochure to create my card to share today. I did a video tutorial for this project and you can see it on YouTube here.
I started by adhering a panel of Friendly Hello DSP (Level 2 Sale-a-bration item, available Jan 4) to the front of a Petal Pink card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Then I adhered a panel of White Vellum over the card front, applying the Stampin’ Seal in the area that would be covered by the sentiment panel.
I punched the end of another strip of Friendly Hello DSP with the Banners Pick A Punch and then adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Seal. I stamped the bird image and the sentiment from the Friendly Hello photopolymer stamp set (Level 2 Sale-a-bration item, available Jan 4) in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card sock and then colored the bird image with Light and Dark Pool Party, Petal Pink, So Saffron and Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends Markers.
I cut around the stamped images with one of the dies from the Scalloped Contours Dies and then adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I cut a butterfly from Gold & Rose Gold Metallic 6″ x 6″ Specialty Paper with one of the Brilliant Wings Dies and then adhered the die cut to the card front with a Mini Glue Dot to finish the card front.
I adhered a strip of Friendly Hello DSP to a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
