Stampin’ Up! Friendly Hello Birthday Card With Video Tutorial

I used the Stampin’ Up! Friendly Hello stamp set and designer series paper bundle from the Sale-a-bration brochure to create a birthday card to share with you today.  I also did a video tutorial for this card and you can see it on my YouTube channel here.

My card works for the TGIF Challenges #TGIFC356.

I started by embossing a panel of Pool Party card stock with the Brick & Mortar 3D Embossing Folder.  I adhered the embossed panel to the front of a Pool Party card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then I adhered a panel of Friendly Hello DSP to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

I cut a panel of Basic White card stock with one of the Encircled In Beauty Dies and then adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.  I stamped the bird image from the Friendly Hello photopolymer stamp set (Sale-a-bration item) in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then colored the images with Light Pool Party, Petal Pink, Crumb Cake, Fresh Freesia and Pale Papaya Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I cut the panel with one of the Layering Circles Dies and then adhered the die cut to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I adhered a small length of Petal Pink 5/8″ Organdy Striped Ribbon in a “v” on the circle die cut with Stampin’ Seal.  Then I stamped the sentiment from the Friendly Hello stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock.  I cut the sentiment out with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies and then adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.  I adhered three Rhinestone Basic Jewels to finish the card front.

I adhered a strip of Friendly Hello DSP to a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
