I used the fun Cactus Cuties stamp set bundle from Stampin’ Up! to create my card to share with you today.
My card design was inspired by The Paper Players PP580.
I started by adhering a panel of Bloom Where You’re Planted DSP to the front of an Evening Evergreen card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Then I adhered a strip of Garden Green DSP from the Regals 6″ x 6″ DSP pack to the card front with Stampin’ Seal. I cut another panel of Bloom Where You’re Planted DSP with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies and I adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.
I cut another strip of Garden Green DSP with the same Stitched Rectangle Die and then adhered the strip across the brick paper die cut with Stampin’ Seal. I cut a panel of Bloom Where You’re Planted DSP and a panel of Basic White card stock with one of the Tasteful Labels Dies. I adhered the two die cuts together, one on top of the other, with Stampin’ Seal and then to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I stamped the flowerpot, cactus and flower images from the Cactus Cuties photopolymer stamp set in Cinnamon Cider, Garden Green and Highland Heather inks on a panel of Basic White card stock. I punched the images out with the coordinating Cactus Builder Punch and adhered the pieces to the card front with Mini Glue Dots.
I stamped the sentiment from the Cactus Cuties stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Highland Heather card stock, sprinkled it with white embossing powder from the Basics Embossing Powders and then heat embossed it. I cut the sentiment out with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies and adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front. I added three Champagne Rhinestone Basic Jewels near the sentiment to finish the card front.
I stamped the images from the Cactus Cuties stamp set in Cinnamon Cider, Garden Green and Highland Heather inks on a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
