I used the Stampin’ Up! Framed Florets stamp set bundle to create a quick birthday card to share with you today. I did a video tutorial for this card on Facebook Live yesterday and you can see it here. You can also see the video on YouTube here.
My card design was inspired TGIF Challenges 390.
I started by adhering a panel of Fitting Florets DSP (available Nov 1) to the front of a Soft Succulent card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Then I cut a strip of Polished Pink card stock with one of the Basic Borders Dies. I adhered the die cut to the back of a panel of Fitting Florets DSP with Stampin’ Seal. Then I adhered another panel of Polished Pink card stock to the back of the DSP panel with Stampin’ Seal and then adhered the layered panel with Stampin’ Seal to the card front.
I stamped the sentiment from the Framed Florets photopolymer stamp set (available Nov 1) in Polished Pink ink on a panel of Basic White card stock. I cut around the sentiment with one of the Framed Florets Dies (available Nov 1) and then adhered the die cut to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I cut panels of Evening Evergreen and Soft Succulent cards stocks with Framed Florets Dies and adhered them to the die cut sentiment with Mini Glue Dots.
I stamped the flower images from the Framed Florets in Evening Evergreen ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then colored them with Light and Dark Polished Pink Stampin’ Blends Markers. I cut the flowers out with the coordinating Framed Florets Dies and adhered them to the card front with Mini Glue Dots. I added two Polished Pink gems from the 2021-2023 In Color Opal Rounds to finish the card front.
I stamped the sentiment from the Framed Florets stamp set in Evening Evergreen ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then added a strip of Fitting Florets DSP to finish the inside of the card.
