I used the Stampin’ Up! Seaside Bay stamp set from the upcoming January-April 2023 Mini Catalog to create my project for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop. We’ve got a sketch challenge this week and this is what I made for it.
Here is the sketch that we’re using this week:
I started by adhering a panel of By The Bay 6″ x 6″ Specialty DSP (available Jan 5) to the front of a Night Of Navy card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Then I adhered another panel of By The Bay DSP to a panel of Night Of Navy card stock and then to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.
I stamped the sentiment from the Seaside Bay stamp set (available Jan 5) in VersaMark ink on a panel of Night Of Navy card stock, sprinkled it with white embossing powder from the Basics Embossing Powders and then heat embossed it. I cut the sentiment out with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies and adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I adhered one of the Flat Adhesive-Backed Pearls (available Jan 5) to the sentiment to finish the card front.
I stamped the shell image from the Seaside Bay stamp set in Night Of Navy ink on a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
