Stampin’ Up! Brushed Bouquet CAS Birthday Card

I used the Stampin’ Up! Brushed Bouquet stamp set bundle to create a quick birthday card to share with you today.

My card design was inspired by Freshly Made Sketches #572.

I started by adhering a panel of Dandy Designs DSP ($100 level Sale-a-bration item) to the front of a Petal Pink card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  I adhered a panel of Country Gingham 6″ x 6″ DSP to a panel of Mint Macaron card stock and then to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

I stamped the flower images from the Brushed Bouquet photopolymer stamp set in Petal Pink and Blushing Bride inks on a panel of Basic White card stock.  Then I stamped the leaf image from the Brushed Bouquet stamp set in Mint Macaron and Soft Sea Foam inks on the Basic White card stock panel.  I cut the stamped images out with the coordinating Brushed Bouquet Dies and adhered them to the card front with Mini Glue Dots.

I stamped the sentiment from the Best Family Ever photopolymer stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Soft Sea Foam card stock, sprinkled it with white embossing powder from the Basics Embossing Powders and then heat embossed it.  I cut the sentiment out with one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies and adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card front.  I added three Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels around the flowers to finish the card front.

I adhered a strip of Dandy Designs DSP to the bottom of a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
