Waving hello from Ireland!! Can’t believe that our adventure has begun! Look forward to sharing pictures from the trip with you soon! I used the Stampin’ Up! Darling Details stamp set bundle to create a “hello there” card to share with you today.
The flowers and colors for my card were inspired by Hand Stamped Sentiments HSSC414.
I stared by cutting a panel of Basic White card stock with the floral frame die from the Darling Details Dies. I adhered the die cut to a panel of Vellum Basics Specialty DSP with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and then adhered the layered panel to the Flirty Flamingo card front with Mini Glue Dots hidden under the frame and the area where the flowers would be placed. I adhered a length of Lemon Lolly ribbon from the 3/8″ Sheer Ribbon Combo Pack in a wide “z” across the card front with Stampin’ Seal.
I stamped the floral images from the Darling Details photopolymer stamp set in Coastal Cabana, Flirty Flamingo, Lemon Lime Twist and Lemon Lolly inks on a panel of Basic White card stock. I cut the images out with coordinating Darling Details Dies and I adhered the stamped images with Mini Glue Dots and Stampin’ Dimensionals (for the large Flirty Flamingo flower) to the card front.
I stamped the sentiment from the Darling Details stamp set in Coastal Cabana ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then cut around with one of the Stylish Shapes Dies. I adhered the die cut to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then added three Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels to finish the card front.
I stamped the floral images from the Darling Details photopolymer stamp set in Coastal Cabana, Flirty Flamingo, Lemon Lime Twist and Lemon Lolly inks on a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
