Stampin’ Up! Warmest Heart Birthday Card With Video Tutorial

I used the Stampin’ Up! Warmest Heart stamp set bundle from the upcoming September-December 2023 Mini Catalog to create a birthday card to share with you today.  I also did a video tutorial for this card and you can see it on YouTube here.

I started by adhering a panel of Glorious Gingham 6″ x 6″ DSP to a panel of Basic White card stock with Stampin’ Seal.  Then I adhered a panel of Inked Botanicals 6″ x 6″ DSP to the Basic White panel with Stampin’ Seal.  I adhered the layered panel to the front of a Pretty Peacock card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I cut a panel of Crumb Cake card stock with one of the Stylish Shapes Dies and then embossed it with the Timber 3D Embossing Folder.  I adhered the die cut circle with Stampin’ Seal to the card front.

I stamped the thermos images from the Warmest Heart photopolymer stamp set (available September 6) in Pretty Peacock ink on a panel of Pretty Peacock card stock.  I cut the image out with the coordinating Warmest Heart Dies (available September 6) and then adhered it with Stampin’ Seal to the card front.  I stamped the thermos images from the Warmest Heart stamp set in VersaMark ink on panels of Lost Lagoon and Basic White card stock, sprinkled them with white embossing powder from the Basics Embossing Powders and then heat embossed them.

I colored the mountain image with Lemon Lolly, Daffodil Delight, Pool Party, Lost Lagoon and Pretty Peacock Stampin’ Write Markers and then cut the images out with the coordinating Warmest Heart Dies.  I adhered the die cuts together with Stampin’ Seal and then to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Then I tied a bow with Linen Thread and adhered it to the card front with Mini Glue Dots.

I stamped the sentiment from the Let’s Go Shopping stamp set in Pretty Peacock ink on Lost Lagoon card stock and then cut it out with the coordinating die from the Let’s Got Shopping Dies.  I adhered five Rustic Metallic Adhesive-Backed Dots to finish the card front.

I adhered a strip of Glorious Gingham DSP to a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
