I used the Stampin’ Up! Umbrella Days stamp set bundle to create a fun card to share with you today. I also did a video tutorial showing you how to create this on my YouTube channel here.
I started by adhering a panel of patterned paper from the Everyday Skies 6″ x 6″ DSP (Online Exclusive item) to the front of a Daffodil Delight card base with Stampin’ Seal. Then I cut a panel of Shy Shamrock card stock with the grass die from the Umbrella Days Dies (Online Exclusive item) and then adhered the die cut to the card front with Stampin’ Seal. I cut a panel of Bloom Impressions DSP ($60 Sale-a-bration item) with one of the Everyday Arches Dies (Online Exclusive item). I adhered the die cut panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I stamped the images from the Umbrella Days stamp set (Online Exclusive item) in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock. I colored the images with Light and Dark Crumb Cake, Daffodil Delight, Peach Pie and Azure Afternoon Stampin’ Blends Markers and then I colored the hands with the Ivory Stampin’ Blends Marker. Cut the images out with the coordinating dies from the Umbrella Days Dies. I cut a panel of Bloom Impressions DSP with the jacket and umbrella top dies from the Umbrella Days Dies. I adhered the die cut images over the umbrella and dog images with Multipurpose Liquid Glue and then adhered the die cut pieces to the card front with Mini Glue Dots.
I stamped the sentiment from the Umbrella Days stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Peach Pie card stock, sprinkled it with white embossing powder from the Basics Wow! Embossing Powder and then heat embossed it. I cut the sentiment out with one of the Stylish Shapes Dies and adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added three white sequins from the Purple Adhesive-Backed Sequins ($60 level Sale-a-bration item) to finish the card front.
I adhered a strip of Bloom Impressions DSP to the bottom of a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
