Stampin’ Up! Faith Collection Easter Greetings Card for Sunday Stamps

I used the Stampin’ Up! Faith Collection stamp set bundle to create a quick Easter card for the Sunday Stamps sketch challenge this week.

Here is the sketch for Sunday Stamps SSC353.  Be sure to stop by the challenge blog to play along too!

I started by embossing a panel of Basic White card stock with the Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder.  I adhered the embossed panel to a panel of Lemon Lolly card stock with Stampin’ Seal and then adhered the layered panel to the Crumb Cake card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered a panel of patterned paper from the Subtles 6″ x 6″ DSP to the embossed panel with Stampin’ Seal.

I stamped the palm image from the Faith Collection photopolymer stamp set (Online Exclusive item) in Old Olive ink on a panel of Basic White card stock.  Then I cut around the image with the coordinating Faith Collection Dies (Online Exclusive item).  I adhered the die cut palms to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.  I applied a small piece of Adhesive Sheets to the back of a panel of Crumb Cake card stock and then cut the panel with the detailed cross die from the Faith Collection Dies.  I cut another panel of Crumb Cake card stock with the solid cross die from the Faith Collection Dies and then used a Blending Brush to apply Crumb Cake ink to the die cut.  I adhered the die cut crosses together with the Adhesive Sheets and then adhered the cross to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the lily images from the Faith Collection stamp set in Tuxedo Black Memento ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then colored the flower centers with Light and Dark Lemon Lolly Stampin’ Blends Markers.  I cut the lilies out with the coordinating Faith Collection Dies and then adhered them to the card front with Mini Glue Dots.  I stamped the sentiment from the Storybook Friends photopolymer stamp set in Old Olive ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then cut around it with one of the Wild Ferns Dies.  I adhered the die cut sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then added three gold dots from the Low-Profile Dots to finish the card front.

I inked the cross images from the Faith Collection stamp set in Crumb Cake ink, stamped them on scrap paper twice and then stamped them to the card front with Basic White card stock.  I stamped the ray image from the Faith Collection stamp set in Lemon Lolly ink around the cross image to finish the inside of the card.
