Stampin’ Up! Gathering Moments Heartfelt Gratitude Card for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

I used the Stampin’ Up! Gathering Moments stamp set bundle from the Online Exclusives to create my project for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop.  We’ve got a theme challenge this week and this is what I made for it.

Here is the theme that we’re all using this week:

My card theme also works for Hand Stamped Sentiments #470.

I started by adhering a panel of patterned paper from the Gathering Together Specialty DSP (Online Exclusive item) to a panel of Basic Beige card stock with Stampin’ Seal.  I adhered the layered panel to the front of a Basic Beige card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I stamped the leaves, acorns, mushrooms and berries images from the Gathering Moments stamp set (Online Exclusive item) in Cajun Craze, Pecan Pie, Early Espresso, Crushed Curry and Crumb Cake inks on a panel of Basic Beige card stock.

I cut the images out with the coordinating Gathering Moments Dies (Online Exclusive item) and then adhered all of the die cuts except for the mushroom to the card front with Mini Glue Dots.  I cut a circle from Basic Beige card stock with one of the Spotlight On Nature Dies and then adhered it to the card front with Mini Glue Dots.  I cut a panel of Textured Metallic Specialty Paper with one of the Stylish Shapes Dies, snipped the die cut in half and then adhered the pieces to the card front with Mini Glue Dots.

I stamped the sentiment from the Gathering Moments stamp set in VersaMark ink on a panel of Basic Beige card stock, sprinkled it with gold embossing powder from the Metallics Wow! Embossing Powder and then heat embossed it.  I cut the sentiment out with one of the Stylish Shapes Dies and adhered it to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I adhered the mushroom image with Stampin’ Dimensionals and then added three Cajun Craze & Gold Dots (Online Exclusive item) to finish the card front.

I stamped the images from the Gathering Moments stamp set in Crushed Curry, Early Espresso, Pecan Pie, Crumb Cake and Cajun Craze inks on a panel of Basic Beige card stock to finish the inside of the card.
