Stampin’ Up! Framed Violets I Appreciate You Card For Sunday Stamps

I used the Stampin’ up! Framed Violets stamp set and Violet Dreams Specialty DSP from the upcoming July 1 Online Exclusives to create a thank you card for the Sunday Stamps sketch challenge this week.

Here is the sketch for Sunday Stamps SSC388.  Be sure to stop by the challenge blog to play along too!

I started by adhering a panel of patterned paper from the Violet Dreams Specialty DSP (Online Exclusive item available July 1) to the front of a Hydrangea Hue card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then I adhered one of the preprinted rectangles from the Violet Dreams DSP to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

Then I adhered one of the preprinted and precut violet images from the Violet Dreams DSP to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  I tied a small bow with Linen Thread and adhered it to the card front with a Mini Glue Dot.  I stamped the sentiment from the Framed Violets stamp set (Online Exclusive item available July 1) in Gorgeous Grape ink on a panel of Basic White card stock.

I cut the sentiment out with one of the Stylish Shapes Dies and then adhered it with Stampin’ Dimensionals and Mini Glue Dots to the card front.  I adhered one of the Adhesive-Backed Blooms (Online Exclusive item available July 1) to finish the card front.

I stamped the violet image from the Framed Violets stamp set in Gorgeous Grape ink on a panel of Basic White card stock to finish the inside of the card.
