Stampin’ Up! Relaxing Waterside Relax Card for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

I used the Stampin’ Up! Relaxing Waterside stamp set to create my project for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop.  We’ve got a color challenge this week and this is what I made for it.

Here are the colors that we’re all using this week:

I started by adhering a panel of patterned paper from the Waterside Retreat DSP to the front of a Gray Granite card base with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then I adhered another panel of Waterside Retreat DSP to the card front with Stampin’ Seal.

I adhered a panel of Misty Moonlight card stock to the card front with Stampin’ Seal and then wrapped a length of Linen Thread around the card front three times and tied a bow.  I adhered a panel of Waterside Retreat DSP to a panel of Old Olive card stock with Stampin’ Seal.  Then I adhered the layered panel to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment from the Relaxing Waterside stamp set in Misty Moonlight ink on a panel of Waterside Retreat DSP and then cut around it with one of the Stylish Shapes Dies.  I adhered the die cut sentiment with Stampin’ Seal to the card front and then added two Moody Palette Glossy Dots to finish the card front.

I stamped the sentiment from the Relaxing Waterside stamp set in Misty Moonlight ink on a panel of Basic White card stock and then adhered a strip of Waterside Retreat DSP to finish the inside of the card.
